According to the Meteored website, Portugal will be affected by a cold front, which will change the weather from 5 March onwards. The wind will intensify during the day, mainly in the north of the country and on the Portuguese coast.

Despite the forecast of wind gusts of 100 kilometres per hour, no incidents such as those caused by Storm Kristin are expected.

On the coast, winds are expected to reach 80 kilometres per hour, approaching 95 kilometres per hour at the end of the day.
