“Meu nome António” is a temporary exhibition at MUDE in Lisbon, dedicated to António Variações. It showcases 85 photographs by Teresa Couto Pinto, taken between 1981 and 1983, and it also includes some clothes and accessories used by the artist.

The exhibition focuses on António Variações’s strong personality, creative freedom, and visual style. The photographs show different sides of him, from intimate moments and his home to more dramatic and expressive portraits during the shooting of some of his album covers. According to MUDE, the images were restored without changing their colour or style, so they keep the feel of the original 1980s photography.

The show opened on 3 December 2025, on the birthday of António Variações, who would have turned 81, and runs until 26 April 2026.
