Ingredients:
4cl Taylor’s Chip Dry White Port
2cl Fresh Orange Juice
1cl Fresh Lemon Juice
2cl Sugar Syrup
Berry Mix 400g Red Fruits Pulp
10cl Campari
30cl Taylor’s LBV
Preparation method:
Fill the glass with crushed ice. Place Taylor’s Chip Dry port, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir a little. Add the prepared Berry Mix on top. Finish with garnish.
Garnish: Rosemary and fresh blackberries
Glass: Double rocks
Berry Mix Recipe:
Put all ingredients in a Blender. Mix for about 5 minutes. Remove from blender and reserve. To preserve, place in the cold.
Preparation method
Fill the glass with ice. Place the following ingredients in the shaker: Taylor’s 10 Year Old Tawny, whisky bourbon and a barspoon of marmalade. Shake. Double strain to the glass. Add the soda and stir gently.
