According to him, the airline is now facing a critical situation, with flight diversions occurring almost daily due to disruptive behaviour, a stark contrast to the average of just one diversion per week recorded a decade ago.
O'Leary severely criticised airport bars that serve alcohol in the early hours of the morning, questioning the need for beer at five or six in the morning. The airline leader stressed that this type of behaviour not only jeopardises safety and well-being on board but also represents a constant operational challenge for crews.
In response to this growing trend, Ryanair has already initiated several legal actions against passengers responsible for the disruptions, seeking to recover significant financial losses resulting from diversions and delays.












He's right on this. How about we go even further and ban bars from serving alcohol at airports too? So they'd only be allowed to serve soft drinks and food/snacks. You'd see this problem virtually disappear.
