"This was the highest increase in commercial property prices since the beginning of the series, although it remained at a lower level than that observed in residential properties (17.6%)," notes the INE in the highlight published today with the 2025 data from the Commercial Property Price Index (IPPCom).
According to the statistical institute, the residential market, whose behaviour is described by the evolution of the Housing Price Index (IPHab), "showed a higher price increase than commercial properties, as has occurred in recent years."
