Designed to bring together like-minded women in a fun, uplifting, and empowering environment, the event has quickly become one of the area’s most exciting lifestyle gatherings. Each month, women from across the Algarve come together to connect, move, recharge, and support local businesses — all while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The June edition of PPH Move promises to be bigger and better than ever, combining energy, wellness, fashion, music, and community spirit in one unforgettable morning experience.

The day will begin at 9:30am with an energising “Booty Circuit Training” session led by professional trainers Kathy and Ruben. Running until 10:30am, the workout is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on strength, movement, and confidence-building in a motivating group setting.

Following the workout, guests are invited to stay from 10:30am until 12:30pm for a networking and wellness social experience filled with healthy refreshments, local brands, music, and shopping.

Guests will be able to rehydrate and refuel with delicious protein shakes served by SIP, while Nadine’s Pantry will provide fresh salads and healthy bites to keep everyone feeling their best.

The event will also feature a stylish shopping experience with local fashion brands showcasing their latest collections. Charrua Fit Wear will be bringing activewear designed for comfort and confidence, while Jenny will present a beautiful selection of bikinis perfect for the Algarve summer season.

Adding to the atmosphere, a live DJ, DJ Suzi will perform throughout the event, creating a vibrant soundtrack for the morning and ensuring guests can enjoy a lively and social environment while they mingle, shop, and connect.

The monthly women-only events hosted by the female-led Portugal Property Hub team at their Vilamoura office have become known for celebrating female empowerment, health, entrepreneurship, and community connection. More than just a fitness class or networking event, the mornings are designed to inspire women to support one another, build friendships, and enjoy time dedicated to themselves.

Organisers say the goal is to create a welcoming space where women can meet new people, discover local businesses, focus on wellbeing, and leave feeling energised and inspired.

With wellness culture continuing to grow across the Algarve, events like these are helping to build stronger local communities while supporting small businesses and creating meaningful opportunities for women to connect.

As part of the event, organisers will also be hosting a special charity raffle in support of Tiny Shelter Albufeira, with the goal of raising as many donations as possible for the local animal rescue organisation.

Every donation made on the day will automatically become an entry into what organisers are calling one of the Algarve’s biggest community giveaways. More than 59 businesses from across the Algarve have generously donated products, experiences, and services to support the cause, creating an exciting raffle packed with prizes while helping raise funds for animals in need.

The event is open to all women and there is no need to reserve — guests are welcome to simply turn up and enjoy the morning.

The event will take place at the Portugal Property Hub office in Vilamoura on Monday, June 2nd from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
