In the municipality of Fafe, the event will take place next to Casa do Penedo, a rural residence from the 70s known as the "strangest house in the world" due to its odd shape nestled between four large granite rocks, NiT reports.

Camping and astrology

Through guided astronomical observation, participants can experience watching the stars and planets with telescopes. The event also features an astrophotography workshop, a visit to Casa do Penedo, dinner, an overnight stay in a tent next to the property, and breakfast at sunrise.

A break from routine

Described as more than an event, “Star Camp is a break from routine: a moment to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover the night sky,” officials said.

For this unique experience, each participant is required to bring their own camping equipment, and registration can be done on Star Camps site.

The price for adults is 85 euros, the price for couples is 149 euros, for children aged seven to twelve, the price is 22 euros, and for groups of more than three, the individual price is 68 euros.
