A wet weekend in Portugal

The rain clouds are rolling in across the country with the best of the weather expected in the south and the most rain predicted in the north.

Lisbon: Rain is predicted for the weekend in the capital, although temperatures are to remain mild with average daily highs of 20 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. As the week progresses the chance of rain is set to increase however temperatures are to rise slightly to highs of 22 degrees and lows of 15 degrees.


The south: Hazy cloud is expected on Saturday in the south with the clouds then gathering on Sunday for a chance of rain. Temperatures are to remain mild with highs of 23 degrees and lows of 15 degrees. The rain clouds are to clear as the week progresses and temperatures are set to rise to highs of 25 degrees.


The north: It is to be a wet weekend in the north with rain predicted on both Saturday and Sunday and temperatures to average highs of 17 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. The rain clouds are expected to remain for the rest of the week although temperatures are to rise slightly to highs of 19 degrees.
