The 45-year-old officer is accused of 76 crimes, including embezzlement, forgery, passive corruption, and abuse of power.
According to the Public Prosecutor the facts occurred between October 2015 and March 2018, when the officer was placed in Lagos.
He is currently on trial in the Court of Portimão; he will be sentenced on June 25.
No surprise there. Been coming to Alvor for over 12years and sometimes 4 times a year. We have heard this repeatedly from working expats from airport transfers to publicans.
