The Ave, Ribeiras do Oeste, Sado, Guadiana, Mira and Barlavento basins had lower values than the storage averages for July, from the reference period (1990/91 to 2018/19).

The Douro basins, with 81.5 percent of the total volume, Tejo (81.1 percent) and Cávado (79.8 percent) were the ones with the most stored water.
