Deco said it received 3,500 complaints regarding online purchases between January and May, an increase of 250% on the number registered in the same period of the previous year.
Paulo Fonseca, speoksperson for the association, said the majority of complaints are to do with the sale of electronic goods and appliances, clothing, shoes and toys.
