COVID 19 Update Portugal: 25 March

The total number of suspected coronavirus cases in Portugal has risen by 37% in 24 hours to 21,155.

As of 25 March, there are now 2,995 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country, up by 27% compared to yesterday.

There are currently 1,591 cases awaiting laboratory results and 13,624 cases being monitored by the authorities. 276 people are in hospital being treated and 61 are intensive care units.

There are 34 cases reported in 0 to nine year olds, 77 cases in 10 to 19 year olds, 348 cases in 20 to 29 year olds, 490 cases in 30 to 39 year olds, 551 cases in 40 to 49 year olds, 535 cases in 50 to 59 year olds, 424 cases in 60 to 69 year olds, 276 cases in 70 to 79 year olds and 260 cases in those over 80.

There are 1,517 cases in the north, 992 cases in Lisbon and Vale do Tejo, 365 in the central region, 62 in the Algarve, 17 in the Azores, 16 in Madeira and 12 in the Alentejo.

In the Algarve region there are 9 cases in Faro, 8 cases in Albufeira, 3 cases in Silves, 3 cases in Lagoa and 7 cases in Portimão.

So far since the beginning of the pandemic in Portugal, 22 people have recovered from coronavirus and 43 have now died.

Absolutely full information about COVID-19, especially charts. Thanks.
Could not find information about the SEF Lisbon. Their site does not have updating amid to coronavirus. Is the SEF continue to work for permanent resident interviews? I have an appointment scheduled on April 30. Thanks again, Anatoly

I am told there is a case in Santa Barbara Nexe. Do you know anything about this??

Would it not be possible to provide a larger image of the chart? Allow the user to click on the smaller one in order to see some details?
