“The PCR test is bull****. I am feeling well and healthy. Go Juventus”, wrote Ronaldo on his official Instagram, he also published a selfie appearing very happy, sitting on his sofa. On Tuesday, Ronaldo tested positive for Covid-19, the situation forces the 35 year old to stay out of todays Juventus game against FC Barcelona.
Ronaldo first tested positive for Coronavirus on the 13 October, whilst he was at the service of Portuguese national team. The striker even travelled to Turin and has been self isolating, after missing the teams game with Sweden (3-0).
For Juventus, Ronaldo was absent in the draw with Crotone and Verona. In the Champions League, he also missed the duel with Kiev (2-0). In addition, to missing the game with Barcelona and the reunion of Messi, and he should stay out of Juventus’ visit to Spezia’s pitch for the championship.
Well, that will land well in this country. People adore him. However, the Government will not be so happy and he'll soon be censored. Many, yes many people who test positive have no symptoms. But reports only talk about 'cases', which is false info. Result is that this country goes down the hill quickly. More people in many countries all around the world open their eyes to what's really going on. In the end our Government should be held accountable.

Ronaldo is surprisingly smart. Certainly is the PCR Test complete bullshit. It determines a virus infection even if the person only has completely harmless parts of the visrus in the sample. That is well know and this problem has occured before, but ... You make of this whatever you want.

Yes, it's frustrating when it gets personal! But other famous sports stars haven't reacted in this manner. Deep down he must know he needs to self-isolate when there is a risk of infecting others who may be more vulnerable. Not least his own mother who suffered a stroke earlier this year.

I expected a more mature response from him, and language. Why not take another test, and/or a different one. Given the risks of covid and a relatively low chance of a false positive why not just take it like a champ and self isolate. He is young and fit and may not show symptoms but infect many others.

He's right. Those testings didn't really test which thing is tested. You should check the chromosome instead of just random checking with some tools made from China, origin of where this virus coming from!

Oh, so now he's a scientist too?

The virus is BS too

He is right. Ever wonder why there is barely any Corona case in China? Because of the advanced PCR Test. Analyzing more than just one Genetic Sequence and not more than 24 cycles.
A positive PCR Test doesn't mean you are contagious or even sick. That's a truth. You can ask any doctor about that.

EXCELENTE DEPORTISTA. TAMBIÉN INTELIGENTE, GRACIAS POR DECIR LA VERDAD OBVIA Y EVIDENTE, pero los ingenuos CRÉDULOS PIENSAN QUE EL SISTEMA DICE LA VERDAD.... NO INVESTIGAN Y MUEREN en su ignorancia.
