Spain’s Eva Navarro, with a goal against Germany, in the Women’s U17 EURO final, was in third place, with 23,315 votes.
Ronaldo won this title for the first time, right after his teammate in Juventus from Croatia, Mario Mandzukic, and Lionel Messi’s (FC Barcelona) turn in 2015 and 2016.
Besides Ronaldo, there were other nominees from Portugal, like Ricardinho in the UEFA Futsal EURO group stage against Romania, Gonçalo Ramos in the UEFA European Under-17 Championship group stage against Slovenia and Paulo Estrela in the UEFA Youth League group stage against Besiktas.
