The districts of Viana do Castelo, Braga, Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Leiria, Lisbon and Setúbal will be under yellow warning on 3 November until 6pm on 4 November due to the forecast of strong maritime unrest, with northwesterly waves measuring 4 to 4.5 metres.

The IPMA also placed the north coast of the island of Madeira and Porto Santo under yellow warning because of the sea unrest between 12:00 and 18:00 on 3 November.

The south of Madeira and the mountainous regions of the island will also be under yellow warning due to the forecast of precipitation, which can sometimes be strong, between 09:00 and 18:00 on Tuesday.

The mountainous regions of the island of Madeira are still under yellow warning due to the strong northeast wind, with wind up to 90 km per hour between 12:00 pm on Tuesday and 03:00 am on Wednesday.

The yellow warning is issued by the IPMA whenever there risk situations for certain activities depending on the weather situation.
