Only three out of 10 parents surveyed for a report by the Portuguese consumer association Deco were satisfied with remote primary school classes and most showed that their children missed school during confinement.

At the end of June, most of the 537 parents surveyed did not positively assess the new teaching model imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Only a quarter of primary children were happy with the change and 84% said they missed school, while 91% expressed the same feeling towards their friends.
