Olhão was where it all started and since then the sport has spread further afield to Tavira, Lagos, Vilamoura and even Benfica (Lisbon).
The weekly sessions in Tavira at the astro-turf pitch adjoining the Municipal Pavilion Dr. Eduardo Mansinho, Av. Zeca Afonso now take place on Friday mornings from 9.30 to 11.30am. www.walkingfootballalgarve.com
