Lisbon: The Portuguese capital will start the weekend with showers and temperatures which are forecast to reach a mere 17 degrees. However, the cooler weather will be a distant memory by the middle of next week, with highs set to double and climb into the mid-30s.
The South: Southern Portugal will be less affected by the cooler weather this weekend, but cloud and some scattered showers are forecast. The mercury will start to climb again on Monday, with highs predicted for next week expected to rise to close to 30.
The North: It will also be a case of four seasons in one week for the North, with rain, cloud and cold weather being replaced by summer-like weather by the end of next week.
