On 16 July, Vila Vita Parc will organise its first Full Moon Yoga, open to all practitioners, whether resident hotel guests or outsiders, who would simply like to enjoy a different summer experience under the light of the full moon.

Designed for all levels, the session will be run by resident yoga teacher Daniela Luz, accompanied by the relaxing sounds of the hang drum played by Geronyom.

With Nature in mind and with the cases of wounded wild animals on the rise, particularly during summer, the revenues from this action will revert to RIAS - the Ria Formosa Wildlife Research and Recovery Center, located in Olhão, whose main objectives are the recovery of wild animals, the investigation of the risk factors for their conservation and the environmental education of the population in general for the importance of Biodiversity.

Due to limited capacity, advance booking is required and can be made directly on 282 320 351/2 or via email to spa@vilavitaparc.com. The price per person is 25 Euros and includes refreshments.

The Full Moon Yoga classes will take place throughout the summer, on August 15th and September 14th.
