House prices have risen by more than 2% in the Algarve, Madeira and central region.

The average value per square meter now stands at 2,090 euros. However, in Lisbon, housing prices fell by 1.1%. When compared to the previous quarter, house prices in Portugal rose 1% in the third quarter of 2020, according to the price index by real estate portal Idealista.

Comments:

Housing prices always go up before a big reset, because investors see it as the only safe haven before the stock markets crash. It's happening everywhere now. Not a good sign, although they'll try to say otherwise.
