Landings at Lisbon airport suspended following Loures fire

Landings at Lisbon airport were suspended for around 20 minutes yesterday afternoon following a fire that broke out in Loures.

Inbound flights were diverted between 5.31pm and 5.52pm to allow fire-fighting aircraft to circulate in that airspace. Twelve flights were diverted in total, seven to Faro airport and five to Porto. Flights taking off departed as normal.
