Restaurante Laranjal, located within the hotel near to Moncarapacho, now offers a space where authentic and traditional flavours of the Algarve are combined with inspiration from other destinations.

All the fresh produce used in the restaurant is sourced from the local area and chosen for its quality and seasonality.

The menu, prepared by Chef Adérito de Almeida in conjunction with Chef Daniel de Sousa, consists almost entirely of fish and seafood dishes from the Algarve coast and Ria Formosa and was designed to create a sensory experience with Mediterranean influences ranging from Italy to Morocco.

The majority of the dishes are also cooked in the main dining room, allowing guests the opportunity to watch as their food is transformed before their eyes

The Laranjal restaurant is open to both guests and visitors to the hotel. Reservations are advised.
