The new Italian investors have refurbished the stadium and renovated the previously poor playing surface. With six new players in the starting line-up the fans were looking for plenty of action against Olimpico do Montijo and they certainly got it in an action packed second-half!

Skipper Leleco gave Olhanense the lead just before the break and further goals from rampaging centre-forward Reider Rodriguez and substitute Hassan ensured a 3-1 victory in which the visitors had two players red carded late in the game.

On Sunday Olhanense travel to the Azores to play league leaders Praiense and the following Sunday 3rd March, they entertain Angrense (Azores) at the José Arcanjo with a morning kick-off at 11am.
