Parliament has said it wants an update on the current situation of the country’s kennels, to know what state they are at and if animals are still being put down.

This is according to a resolution published yesterday in the Government Gazette. Parliament has asked the government for a detailed analysis on each of the country’s official animal shelters (CROA) to verify whether a 2016 law proposal that created a network of official centres, banned euthanasia as a form of population control, and sought to promote sterilisation, is being upheld.

Make it affordable to sterilising all animal's or make it law to do so.
