Portugal will this month start collecting plasma from recovered coronavirus patients.

The Secretary of State for Health confirmed today that the collection of blood plasma from patients recovered from covid-19 will take place in 10 units throughout the country.

He stressed that the transmission of convalescent plasma has already been carried out in other countries, namely in China, with “good results”.

I moved from California to Vila do Conde in October.

I am so happy to be here in this beautiful country.

I have felt safe, secure and cared for by this government.

I am proud to say I am a registered Portugese Resident.

I am so blessed to be here and not the US.

Obrigada... for everything.
