President de Sousa is due to meet the Algarve’s Mayors for a working dinner at a Lagoa restaurant, around 8pm.

This will be the President’s most recent weekly visit; at the start of the pandemic he made a pledge to visit the region, whose tourism has been hard hit by coronavirus, once a week until the end of September to help boost its profile and economy.
