We have lived in the Algarve for many many yr. The health service. At the local clinics is 3rd world, I watch the local Portuguese suffer because of the lack of care in the community, due to money issues.... we have the director as a Dr, in 3 yrs have never seen him, or his replacement, as off sick, 9 trips no Drs... now 3 yrs on... still no Dr. People with underlying health issue are suffering....heart problems diabetes, arthritis, cancer. Etc... so no no improvement In Olhao....
