The public consultation takes place from October 4 to 17, corresponding to a period of 10 working days. The documentation can be consulted on the CCDR website at www.ccdr-alg.pt and on the Participa portal at www.participate.pt.

It is recalled that, following the opinion of the Environmental Impact Assessment Board, the CCDR of the Algarve ordered the suspension of the EIA procedure so that the sponsor could consider making modifications to it as well as additional impact mitigation measures.

The project focuses entirely on the SIC Ria de Alvor of the Natura 2000 Network and consists essentially of the reconstruction and alteration of a set of pre-existing buildings destined for TER, with the creation of a rural hotel and nine units of Villas, in a total of 64 beds.
