SEF meeting reduces immigration inspectors at Lisbon Airport

National airport management company ANA urged passengers travelling from Lisbon airport today to arrive earlier than usual.

This because there were fewer SEF immigration and borders inspectors working at passport control points before 10.30am.

A meeting was being held between 7am and 9am for SEF workers at the airport.

The reduction in staff was due to affect primarily passengers travelling to Ireland, the UK and other destinations outside of Europe.
