The theme of the evening will be Bora Bora vibe, which will include different sorts of ceviche and fresh cocktails accompanied by the sounds of DJ Arnie Elliott. There will also be Sunset Beach Lounge sessions every Friday and Saturday until end of July and during August from 4pm to 9pm with the same DJ.
Meanwhile, the Só Verão restaurant has already reopened, with a slight change in its concept. The menu highlights Portuguese ingredients only, such as the São Jorge cheese with Alcobaça apple, the prosciutto of Estremoz Iberian Pork, olives and bread from Alentejo or even the Pork Strips traditional from Monchique and the Tuna Pica Pau with Ria Formosa Saphire.
