The airline said that between 9 June and 19 July it will provide 78 additional flights to Russia, adding "another daily flight between Lisbon and Moscow, in addition to the daily flight that is part of the regular operation of the company between the two cities."

In the 2018 World Cup, Portugal are in Group B, with Spain, Iran and Morocco as their opponents.

The championship runs from 14 June to 15 July in Russia.
