According to the Portuguese Directorate General for Health (DGS), among the confirmed cases, 24 are adults and five are children.
The DGS noted two separate outbreaks: one in Cascais, which started with a case imported from Ukraine, and one in Oeiras, triggered by a case imported from the Czech Republic.
