In Nyon, Switzerland, via video conference, the possible postponement of the Euro2020 and solutions for the European championships and competitions, which were abruptly interrupted during the month of March, will be on the table.

On Monday, 16 March, the Spanish press advanced that the body chaired by the Slovenian Aleksander Ceferin is in favour that the season is over and that the title of champion of each league should be awarded to the team that led the competition, at the time of suspension.

This would mean that, for example in Portugal, FC Porto would be the champion of the 2019/20 edition of the I League.

As for the Champions League and Europa League, both competitions can be concluded without any winner.

The meeting with representatives of clubs, leagues and players is scheduled for 9am (10am local time), followed by the meeting at 12pm (13pm) with the 55 associations, including the Portuguese Football Federation.

In the afternoon, at 1pm (2pm local time), the UEFA Executive Committee also meets.
