About half of university lecturers are experiencing high fatigue and exhaustion resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to a study conducted by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, “more than half of the lecturers were particularly sensitive, intolerant, agitated, with difficulties in relaxing or calming down”. In all, 37% of lecturers suffered ‘burnout’ and around a quarter of lecturers reported symptoms of anxiety and/or depression and 60% of those surveyed reported difficulties in falling asleep or sleeping without interruption.

Really? They feel depressed ,exhausted, and can't sleep? Well what makes them any different than everyone else who's going through this pandemic? Stop complaining and do the job you're getting paid for. First responders, supermarket workers, law officers, and other essential workers go to their jobs every day so stop whining.
