For some years now, Italian police have been using supercars to transport organs. This time, the journey started in Padua, in the northeast of the country, traveling first to Modena, around 130 kilometres away, and then to Rome, another 400 kilometres away.
The vehicle used is the Lamborghini Huracán, which can reach a speed of 300 kilometres per hour and reaches 100 kilometres per hour in just 3.2 seconds.
The car was offered to the police by the Italian brand, having been initially assigned to the Bologna traffic brigade in 2017.
