"The commercial real estate investment market remains dynamic and, in addition to institutional investors, there are more and more private investors investing their capital in income assets", according to a statement sent to Casa ao Minuto.

The transaction took place at the beginning of the year, "in downtown Porto, through which a private investor of Brazilian origin acquired a store for one million euros that has the Luzzo Pizzaria restaurant as its occupant, located on two floors of a rehabilitated building in Rua Mouzinho da Silveira".

"The transaction was carried out by the international consultant Athena Advisers, who acted on behalf of the buyer in his first business in the commercial sector in Portugal, and JLL who represented the seller, also a private investor".

The commercial space occupies an area of 171 m² and has been leased since 2018, with a long-term contract, to Luzzo Pizzaria, a national restaurant chain that operates on a franchising basis and already has 27 restaurants across the country.
