根据国务和外交部长办公室的声明，在这些变化之后，葡萄牙领事馆或外部服务提供商（VFS Global/BLSInternational/TLScontact）的签证申请中心将不再接受求职签证申请。
"取而代之的将是技能求职签证"，但技能求职签证申请只有在 "根据新的《外国人法》的规定，新类型的签证须符合必要的条例 "时才能提交。
2025 年 10 月 22 日的第 61/2025 号法律批准了《外国人法》，其中包括这些修正案，并于今天在《官方公报》上公布。
