Two were handed nine-year sentences while the third was sentenced to seven years in prison. They were convicted of offenses of grievous bodily harm, aggravated by death, albeit with sentences lighter than those demanded by the prosecution. Ihor Homeniuk died two days after being detained at Lisbon airport after his arrival last March.
