The renewal of the operational fleet shows "the company's strong commitment to sustainability issues", towards the objective of reaching the "target 'net zero' in 2030", explain CTT in a statement.

At the moment, CTT's alternative fleet already has around 500 fully electric vehicles circulating on Portuguese roads, including the most recent 144 Citroen AMI Cargo electric quadricycles, a novelty in 'last mile' logistics in Portugal and at the European level.
