Today, "skies with periods of lots of clouds are expected, gradually becoming slightly cloudy or clear from mid-morning, except in some areas of the northeast of Trás-os-Montes and Beira Alta, where scattered showers may occur until mid-afternoon, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorms".

"From the evening onwards, the sky will generally be very cloudy on the coast north of Cabo Raso, with the possibility of periods of light rain or drizzle at the end of the day".

The IPMA also predicts a "small drop in temperature, more significant than the maximum". Maximum temperatures will vary between 27 degrees in Faro and 19 degrees in Guarda. Minimum temperatures will fluctuate between 15 degrees in Faro and 10 degrees in Guarda.
