This intimate and exclusive event will be held in the resort's stunning Wine Cellar, where under the guidance of Chef Isaulinda Pires, guests will be taken on a sensory journey, exploring five distinct moments on the menu of delicate flavours and, at the same time full of character, inspired by the strength and creativity attributed to the feminine essence.

To complement this unique gastronomic experience, Cortes de Cima wines will be paired with each dish by the talented oenologist Anna Jørgensen, recognised as one of Europe's 40 Most Promising Young Leaders for her work towards sustainable, organic production with minimal environmental impact.
