Almost a third of Portuguese have never used the internet
Portugal’s communications watchdog, ANACOM, said this week that the number of Portuguese people aged 16 to 74 who have never used the Internet fell from 32 percent in 2014 to 28 percent last year, yet still almost a third of the population has never gone online.
