FC Porto, who currently trail leaders Benfica by a solitary point, thrashed Nacional 7-0 over the weekend.
Benfica meanwhile scraped to a 1-0 win at Feirense.
Despite losing 1-0 to FC Porto’s B team, Portimonense remain ten points clear at the top of the Second Division, and 16 points ahead of their nearest other challenger for one of the two spots for promotion to the Portuguese Liga.
