This comes after fog at Lisbon airport Friday morning forced nine flights to divert to airports in Faro, Porto and Madrid as well as causing a series of delays at Lisbon airport.
National airport Management Company ANA said the airport was functioning under Low Visibility Operations between 5.55am and noon, which resulted in the diversions.
Five flights re-routed to Faro, three to Porto and one to Madrid.
