Last year Deco received 35,000 requests for information and complaints on the telecommunication sector and from 1 January to 30 April of this year received 12,000 contacts due to problems with the telecommunications operator.
The main reasons for the complaints are related to the loyalty of the services offered and associated costs, the lack of transparency of contractual changes and quality of services.







I have a huge file of complaints to MEO it is almost impossible to cancel their contract even though they are in breach of contract. Now they have set Intrim Justiciar onto me without replying to any of my complaints etc.
