“The Society [Juventus] has received a new search and seizure warrant based on the investigations of the Turin Court prosecutor, as well as in relation to some of its representatives (Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved, Stefano Cerrato and Cesare Gabasio)”, says the club in a statement.

The Juventus club states that the investigation is pending on a possible crime already mentioned in its statement of 27 November, referring to transfers expressed in the financial information of 30 June, namely, "in relation to the economic value of the transfer of the footballer (.. .) Cristiano Ronaldo".

On August 31, the Turin club announced an agreement with Manchester United for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, for 15 million euros.

The indication of the name of the Portuguese footballer only appears now, after searches carried out previously, in relation to player transactions carried out by the club between 2019 and 2021.

The attorney of Turin, Ana Maria Loreto, is trying to find out if those responsible for Juventus provided false information to the market regulator and if they issued fictitious invoices regarding transfers.
