China Eastern Airlines has returned to flying a direct route between Auckland and Hangzhou.

The direct route has not been available since 2019 according to Newshub. China Eastern Airlines will operate four services per week: two direct from Hangzhou to Auckland with a return via Sydney; and two direct from Hangzhou to Sydney with a stopover in Auckland on the return.
