Seven fire-fighters and a GNR officer suffered injuries after being exposed to the leak but are now said to be out of danger.
One of the victims had to be treated after inhaling fumes and the other seven received treatment after coming into contact with the liquid.
Employees followed procedures for such situations and authorities have said there is no risk to the population.
