CLÍDIS is headquartered in the port city of Sines, but can be found in five councils across the region.
While CLÍDIS already boasts a host of health services, patients in the Alentejo will now be able to enjoy access to the HPA Group’s expanded network of medical facilities located further to the south.
The agreement between the two groups was signed last Friday by Dr. João Bacalhau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HPA Group and the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Luís Miguel Farinha, while CLÍDIS were represented by managing directors, Dr. Célia Allen Ferreira and Eng. Eduardo Ferreira.
This news comes after the Group announced last year that it was building a hospital in Funchal, Madeira, which is expected to be concluded by the end of the coming year.
