After being forced to close to repair the damage caused by the storm that hit the central region in April 2018, the Municipal Swimming Pool of Luso reopens to the public on Thursday.

“The pool has been thoroughly repaired after damages resulting from heavy rainfall that occurred in April 2018, which caused the collapse of the wall which supported the pool itself.” a statement from the district of Mealhada said.

Located next to the lake and the Municipal Pavilion of Luso, the pool will reopen on Thursday for the summer season with the opening hours of 11:00 to 19:00 and will stay in operation until the 15 September.

The swimming pool capacity is 150 people and the admission price is 2.5 euros (adults) or 1.5 euros (children).
